During that time, Tommy McDermott helped grow the Artist Series, pitched and produced sponsored content like the Wilco Field Guide to Chicago, and created immersive social and digital campaigns for their more than 1M subscribers. In addition to his creative work, Tommy McDermott also scaled the affiliate marketing program into a $16,000,000/year business through strategic partnerships with publishers like Outside Magazine, GQ, Esquire, and Dwell.
He went on to join Goodby Silverstein & Partners where he assisted with the development and production of the 2020 and 2021 Pepsi Super Bowl campaigns, and provided key support to BMW, Frito-Lay, and UCSF Hospital accounts.
